1. Cast iron material
Cast iron is one of the traditional materials of tractor suspension. It is hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. This makes cast iron suspension perform well in harsh agricultural environments. However, cast iron also has its disadvantages, such as being brittle and prone to cracks. In addition, the weight of cast iron is relatively large, which brings a certain burden to the driving of tractors. Therefore, cast iron suspension is mainly suitable for large tractors to withstand greater loads.

2. Steel material
Steel is another material widely used in tractor suspension. Although steel is heavier, it has the characteristics of good toughness, high strength and low hardness. This allows steel suspension to withstand deformation and fracture under large loads. At the same time, steel is also easier to process, providing manufacturers with greater flexibility. Steel suspension is currently the most widely used tractor suspension material and is suitable for various models of tractors.

3. Aluminum alloy material
Aluminum alloy is a new type of tractor suspension material with the advantages of light weight, high strength and low density. The tensile strength and elastic modulus of aluminum alloy are close to or better than those of steel, and it also has good corrosion resistance. This allows aluminum alloy suspension to maintain a good surface condition in harsh environments and extend its service life. However, the cost of aluminum alloy is relatively high and it has not yet been popularized in the field of tractor suspension. However, with the advancement of technology and the reduction of costs, aluminum alloy suspension is expected to become the mainstream material for tractor suspension in the future.
