1. Price drops, configuration threshold lowered
In the past, air suspension was mostly used in luxury models with a price of more than 600,000 yuan (such as Audi A8 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class), but localization has driven its price to drop rapidly. In 2023, models such as Zeekr 001 and FREE have lowered the starting price of air suspension to the 300,000 yuan range; in 2024, G318 will drop the price to 199,900 yuan. According to data from the Automotive Research Institute, the penetration rate of domestic air suspension has reached 3.6% in 2024, and is expected to exceed 15% in 2025.
2. The rise of domestic supply chain
