1. Accelerated technology iteration

The next generation of air suspension will develop towards multi-cavity and integration. For example, the intelligent suspension system developed by Top Group can integrate wire-controlled steering and electronic expansion valves to achieve full-range control of the chassis. At the same time, material innovation (such as composite rubber with stronger weather resistance) is expected to extend service life.

2. Market sinking and going overseas

As costs continue to fall, air suspension is expected to cover 180,000-200,000 yuan models. Local suppliers such as Baolong Technology have received orders from European car companies, marking that domestic technology has been recognized internationally. However, going overseas still needs to cope with challenges such as localization of overseas supply chains and technical certification.

3. Ecological competition

New power car companies reduce system costs and accelerate development cycles through the "soft and hard decoupling" model (self-developed control algorithms + split procurement of hardware). This model encourages suppliers to focus on core components (such as air springs and compressors) to form differentiated competition.
